Hospitality Traineeship

Duration: 1,5 year

  • Types of companies: Restaurants & Hotels
  • Health insurance: Free Danish healthcare
  • Working hours weekly: 37h
  • Overtime work: yes with pay
  • Accommodation on the establishment

Allowance

  • From €1820 / month before taxes
  • Overtime pay is covered in the traineeship contract

Requirements for applicants

  • Students currently enrolled or graduated (within last 1,5 years) in their higher education (college or university)
  • Eligible majors: Hospitality, Restaurant and Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, Gastronomy and related
  • International Passport
  • Age between 18-29 years old – for current students; Age between 18-34 years old – for recently graduated students
  • Minimum B1 level of English
  • Driving license is an advantage

 

Program Costs

  • Embassy fee ∼€230
  • Plane ticket to & from Denmark
  • Accommodation: ∼€250- €300 / month
